whether the transaction partner is registered in the Commercial Register,
is not insolvent,
is not in the process of liquidation,
it has no significant tax debts or suspended economic activity,
it has obtained the necessary permits and licenses for polluting activities, waste management or other necessary permits and licenses,
whether current financial security has been submitted,
whether the partner carries out active economic activities, fulfills payment obligations,
whether it has the necessary personnel and material resources to ensure the provision of the service of appropriate quality,
what partners it cooperates with,
what was the previous cooperation,
Will it be possible to ensure the submission of all necessary documents and the fulfillment of other obligations, etc.?
The verification is carried out both by analyzing publicly available information and, if necessary, by contacting the partner himself.
