Sorting waste

Electrical equipment and light bulbs

Worn out electrical and electronic equipment should be taken to sorting sites for electrical devices, where they will be accepted free of charge.

Any electrical equipment taken for recycling must not be disassembled, for example, a refrigerator should come complete with a compressor, a TV set with a picture tube and a computer with a motherboard, etc.
Worn out electrical appliances can be picked up and removed from your home by collection companies free of charge.

Fluorescent light bulbs should be taken to electrical appliance collection sites, and mobile phones can also be taken to mobile phone sales outlets.

Incandescent lamps and halogen lamps are considered to be relatively environmentally friendly. Therefore, they may be treated as household waste.
